Delete your Instagram connection

Sign in, open Settings and choose Disconnect Instagram. Your access token is deleted at that moment, and anything waiting to publish is cancelled.

If you remove Final Touch Social from your Instagram account instead (Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites), Instagram tells us and we delete the token the same way, automatically.

Delete your whole account

Email hello@finaltouchwebsites.com from the address you sign in with and say "delete my account". Within 30 days we delete your business profile, posts, rendered images, sign-in details and audit history. Records we must keep for tax or accounting (invoices) are kept for the period Canadian law requires and nothing more. We confirm by email when it is done.

What is deleted immediately, and what is not

• Immediately: your Instagram access token and connection details, as soon as you disconnect or revoke access.
• On request, within 30 days: everything else about you and your business.
• Never stored: your Instagram password. We only ever receive a token from Instagram's own login.
