Terms of service

These are the terms for using Final Touch Social, a service of Final Touch Websites, Calgary, Alberta. Plain words on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask before you agree.

What the service is

We write and design Instagram posts for your business, you approve them (or switch on automatic posting), and we publish them to your Instagram account on a schedule. You stay in control: you can edit or skip any post, pause posting, disconnect Instagram, or cancel at any time.

Who can use it

• The service is for businesses. You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms on behalf of the business whose Instagram you connect.
• Accounts are by invitation. Applying for a spot doesn't create an account or cost anything; an invitation is personal to the email it was sent to.

Your account and your Instagram

• You must be allowed to post on the Instagram account you connect, and it must be a professional (Business or Creator) account.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email or Google account.
• Instagram's own terms apply to everything we publish on your behalf. We keep well inside Instagram's posting limits and never post more often than a real business would.

Content

• Drafts are written by an AI model from what you tell us about your business, then checked by our rules (no invented claims, no prices unless you turn them on, local and plain-spoken). Review them: you are the one who knows your business, and you approve what is published.
• Anything published to your account is yours. You give us permission to create, store and publish it for you, and to show it in your dashboard.
• Don't use the service to publish anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights. If a post is reported to us for that reason we may remove it and pause your account.

Payment

• The service is a monthly subscription billed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay; there are no credits, usage meters or surprise charges.
• You can cancel any time from the billing page. Your account stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and posting then stops.
• If something we did went wrong (a post failed to publish for a reason on our side), tell us and we make it right, up to a refund of that month. The refund policy has the details, including a full refund of your first month if you ask within 14 days.

What we promise, and what we can't

• We will protect your data as described in the privacy policy.
• We depend on Instagram's API, which can change or fail. If a post can't be published we tell you in the dashboard and try again within the limits; we can't guarantee that every post publishes at the exact minute.
• The service is provided as is. To the extent Alberta law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the issue.

Ending things

You can cancel and delete your account whenever you like (see data deletion). We can end the service for an account that breaks these terms, with notice unless the breach is serious.

Law

These terms follow the laws of Alberta and Canada.
